Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Orangekart, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only if accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID).

Non-Returnable Products:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages, groceries).

  • Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments, health items) once opened.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@orangekart.online within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order ID, item details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

  4. Pack the product securely and ship it back using a reliable courier service.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Orangekart will bear the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or any other personal reason, the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (customer will need to provide bank details).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or replacement of a defective product.

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement product after approval.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may choose to return the product after delivery, as per our return policy.

  • In case of prepaid orders, canceled orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
