By placing an order on orangekart.online, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of any delay due to stock unavailability, address verification, or technical issues, our team will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location.
For Items Like Vegetables, Fruits delivery will be 3 – 4 Hours. For delivery like groceries delivery will be 24 hours. Depend on products and items.

Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders above ₹999 (subject to change during promotions).
  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
  • Any express or priority shipping requests may attract additional charges, as shown during checkout.

Delivery Partners

  • We partner with trusted third-party logistics and courier companies (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, DTDC, India Post, etc.) to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing tracking details and a link to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts (due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-response), it will be returned to our warehouse.
  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details (including flat number, street name, landmark, city, and pin code).
  • Orangekart will not be liable for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Confirmation

  • A delivery confirmation message or email will be sent once the order is successfully delivered.
  • In case of non-receipt of a package despite delivery confirmation, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours for investigation.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Orangekart delivers only within India.
  • We are working to expand our services to international locations in the future.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • While we ensure timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., natural calamities, strikes, courier network issues) may cause delays.
  • In case your order is delayed beyond 15 days, please contact our support team for assistance.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or opened, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us at support@orangekart.online.
  • If you have already accepted the package, please provide photos and details within 24–48 hours for verification and resolution.
